We do not recommend to take with you 6 years old children or under.

In order to guarantee your reservation is requiered a deposit not under the 50% of the total cost.

Once the pre-reservation date has expired (15 days before the beginning of your stay) we will contact you to solicit the fulfillment of the payment. If this could not be done your reservation will be cancelled.

Your reservation is guaranteed only and exclusively for the dates you determined and requested.

If nobody will arrive any refund would not be possible.

Cancellation Policy

In the case in which you decided of cancel your reservation within 30 days from the beginning of your stay, you will straight have to a total reimbursement of the poured sum excluded expenses.

For cancellations received with less than 30 days from the beginning of your stay the reimbursement will be partial. The 50%, if made with more than 15 days from the beginning of the stay expenses excluded, null in the other case.

Exceptional circumstances can be discussed further and mitigated fairly
